The primary dangers is a limiting of your ability to hear vehicles or other potentially dangerous obstacles.
Some important things to consider is to think of ways to listen to your motivating and invigorating running music without completely hindering your ability to hear. We recommend not using noise cancelling or “ear plug style” headphones. While those headphones are great for the airplane or in the bus, they are not the best option for running as the completely block all sounds around you. If you only have noise cancelling headphones consider purchasing a simpler cheaper pair of headphones or running with only one earpiece in.
